• Annual Fundraising Committee

  • Monthly | January – November
    Join a group of local leaders who plan, strategize, and engage the community in giving. Committee members help connect with local businesses and organizations, encouraging donations and volunteer participation that power United Way’s mission.

• Community Investment Committee

  • Seasonal | April – May
    Work alongside local professionals to review funding proposals and address community needs. Volunteers help ensure that United Way investments are directed toward programs that create measurable, lasting impact.

• Day of Caring

  • One-Day Event | April
    Spend a Saturday making a difference! Volunteers come together for a hands-on service project that supports a local agency in need — helping strengthen the Odessa community one project at a time.

• Women United Committee

  • Monthly | January – June
    Help plan one of our newest fundraising events! Committee members recruit sponsors, contribute ideas, and ensure a fun and successful event that benefits United Way programs.

• LIVE UNITED Golf Tournament Committee

  • Monthly | January – September
    Help plan one of our most popular fundraising events! Committee members organize teams, recruit sponsors, and ensure a fun and successful tournament that benefits United Way programs.

• Boo-Ling for Charity Tournament Committee

  • Monthly | January – October
    Bring fun and community spirit together! Volunteers plan and promote our annual bowling fundraiser, helping raise funds and awareness to support United Way’s mission.

• Administrative & Office Support

  • As Needed | During Business Hours (M-F, 8AM-5PM)
    Provide essential behind-the-scenes assistance with administrative and clerical tasks. Your support helps our team stay organized and focused on serving the community.
